Christopher P. RagucciChristopher P. Ragucci is an experienced trial attorney that specializes in Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Matrimonial/Family Litigation and Criminal matters. Mr. Ragucci has represented numerous clients throughout New York State and Connecticut who were injured as the result of the negligence of others or in need of legal assistance in other litigation matters.

Mr. Ragucci has an extensive record of success in both verdicts and settlements in the Hudson Valley. Mr. Ragucci recently obtained a settlement of $1.05 million for a client that sustained injuries to her arm and shoulder in a motor vehicle collision. Within the past few years, Mr. Ragucci obtained an award of $985,000 following a jury trial for a motorcyclist that sustained injuries to his neck in a sideswipe collision. In 2018, Mr. Ragucci obtained a jury verdict in the amount of $235,000 in trip and fall matter, where an offer of $25,000 was made before trial.

Mr. Ragucci obtained his juris doctorate degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York College at Fredonia. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut. Mr. Ragucci is a member of the New York, Ulster and Dutchess Bar associations. He has been awarded numerous awards including Super Lawyer and Top Attorney in the Hudson Valley area.

Mr. Ragucci also serves as Minority Counsel to the Ulster County Legislature, a position he has held since 2010. Mr. Ragucci was previously an Adjunct Professor of History and Law at the State University of New York, College at Dutchess.
