Ernestina joined the firm as our Director of Marketing. Ernestina was born in Mexico but grew up in Kingston. She is a 2008 graduate of Kingston High School. She received her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven and her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Ernestina is fluent in Spanish and was sworn into the New York Bar in the Spring of 2022. She is a member of the Ulster County Bar Association, the New York Trial Lawyers Association, Mid-Hudson Women’s Bar Association, and the Hudson Valley
Hispanic Bar Association.
In law school, Ernestina served as the Director of Social Programs for the Student Bar Association and the Director of Operations for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International. Ernestina served as Judicial Intern to the Honorable Michael J. Pomarole, Acting First Justice of Dedham District Court, in her first year of law school. During her third year, she was a member of the Family Advocacy Clinic, where she handled custody, visitation, child support, and other family dissolution cases.
