Regina has been successfully representing seriously injured clients in the Hudson Valley since 2004. She dedicates most of her time to litigating injury cases, with an emphasis on motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents and injuries resulting from falls. Regina also represents clients in divorces and family court disputes, as well as minors charged as juvenile delinquents. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court Northern District of New York.

Regina attended the State University of New York at Albany, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies in 1994. Regina specializes in sex abuse cases as well as cases involving claims against school districts. She taught Introduction to Feminism for two years at SUNY Albany. She received her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1998, having attended law school on a full merit scholarship.

Regina is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Ulster County Bar Association, the New York Trial Lawyers Association, and the Mid-Hudson Women’s Bar Association. She serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for People’s Place, an organization dedicated to combating food insecurity in Ulster County. Regina was recognized in 2022 and 2023 as a Super Lawyer™ in upstate New York.
