Case Facts: A settlement of $300,000.00 was obtained in a motorcycle versus motor vehicle accident. The accident occurred on September 29th of 2013, in which the plaintiff, a forty-four year old male, was seriously injured.
At the time of the accident, Plaintiff was traveling along Route 32 in Saugerties , New York, when the defendant driver made an illegal u-turn directly in front of him causing a collision. The plaintiff was air lifted from the scene of the accident.
The plaintiff sustained multiple fractures to his left leg, requiring multiple surgeries, as well as fractures to his right shoulder, left and right wrists.
