Carey Castiglione Beyer Carey Castiglione Beyer is an accomplished trial lawyer with over a decade of experience representing injured Plaintiffs.

Carey’s practice includes representing individuals in a wide variety of personal injury cases, including construction and demolition accidents, motor vehicle collisions, dog bites, product liability, slip and falls, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and more.

Throughout his career, Carey has recovered multiple seven figure recoveries for his clients in complex personal injury cases. His experience extends beyond his trial work, as he regularly handles appeals in the Appellate Division and New York Court of Appeals.

Carey currently serves on the Board of Directors for the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and is the Second Vice President of the Charles S. Desmond Inn of Court in Buffalo, New York. Carey is a regular presenter for various organizations on topics ranging from Dog Bites, Rideshare Car Crashes, Dram Shop Liability, School District Negligence, Sports Injuries, and General Litigation Strategy.

Carey was born and raised in the Hudson Valley, having grown up in New Paltz and attended school in Highland. He is an alumnus of Our Lady of Lourdes in Poughkeepsie and SUNY Buffalo Law School. He currently resides in Poughkeepsie with his wife and two daughters.
