We are proud to announce that accomplished trial attorney Carey Castiglione Beyer has joined O’Connor & Partners as our newest partner. Carey brings more than a decade of experience representing injured individuals, including the past eleven years practicing as a trial attorney in Buffalo, New York. Now, he returns to his roots in the Hudson Valley, where his legal career first began. His practice spans a wide range of personal injury matters throughout both the Hudson Valley and Western New York, including construction and demolition accidents, motor vehicle collisions, dog bites, product liability, slip and falls, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and other serious injury cases. Over the course of his career, Carey has secured multiple seven-figure recoveries for clients in complex litigation. In addition to his trial work, he regularly handles appeals before the Appellate Division and the New York Court of Appeals, bringing strategic depth and experience at every stage of the legal process. A Hudson Valley native, Carey was raised in New Paltz and attended school in Highland. He is an alumnus of Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie and SUNY Buffalo Law School. Today, he resides in Poughkeepsie with his wife and two daughters. With a proven record of success in the courtroom and deep ties to the community, Carey brings exceptional dedication, skill, and client-focused advocacy to our firm.
