Case Facts: Last week, a Hudson Valley woman accepted a settlement of $225,000.00 as compensation for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. The plaintiff’s vehicle was struck by the defendant in the passenger side front quarter panel, as the defendant exited a parking lot. The woman sustained injury to her shoulder.
