Case Facts: Town of Ulster– A Kingston woman involved in a motorcycle accident in June 2010 while riding her motorcycle obtained a $1.5 Million settlement in an Ulster County Supreme Court case this past week. A Kingston woman was traveling on Route 9W in the Town of Ulster when her motorcycle was struck by a vehicle which unlawfully entered her lane of travel. As a result of the accident, the motorcyclist sustained severe injuries to her leg. Plaintiff was represented by Joseph E. O’Connor Esq. in Kingston, New York.
