Case Facts: A 55 year old Ulster County resident accepted a $69,500 settlement today for a pedestrian motor vehicle accident that occurred in December 2016. Our client was crossing Broadway Avenue in the City of Kingston when a motor vehicle failed to see our client crossing the road and hit our client. The client suffered a fractured nose with several lacerations causing permanent scarring. The case was settled prior to a trial, the matter was handled by Kevin C.
