Case Facts: A settlement was obtained for the policy amount of $300,000 as a result of a pedestrian versus motor vehicle accident.
Our client was crossing in a crosswalk at Colonie Center Mall in July of 2018, when a motor vehicle failed to observe our client knocking the client to the ground.
